Thank you for shopping with Rebel Up. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds and returns work.

Returns and refunds

Change of mind: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund (depending on stock availability and your preference).

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect:

Cosmetics and beauty products (including lipstick) that have been opened or used

Personal care items that have been opened or used

Sale/clearance items (if applicable)

If approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.

Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

For faulty/damaged/incorrect items, Rebel Up will cover return shipping where applicable.
